High-pressure compressors for PET bottling

The PET stretch blow molding process requires high pressure, oil-free continuous duty air. Stephens Equipment has a range of compressors packages specifically designed for the blow molding industry.

Air and Gas Dryers

High-pressure compressor dry air systems have been a major product for Stephens Equipment since 1965. Most systems have been produced for air blast circuit breaker operations for utilities in remote or unattended installations. These critical facilities require maximum reliability.

Stephens Equipment has developed its own dryers in order to provide a high quality drying technology, incorporating the same proven components, fabrication techniques and quality control procedures as complete packaged compression systems. Reliability and overall quality is enhanced through custom design.

NITROGEN AND OXYGEN GENERATORS

Pressure swing adsorption is an efficient alternative to bottled gases as it can provide you with your own, independent gas supply eliminating rental, transportation and labor costs. Stephens can custom design pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and vacuum swing adsorption (VPSA) systems for many applications, including:

  • Nitrogen blanketing for storage tanks, gas pipelines and tankers
  • Processing and storing perishable foods
  • Storing, refilling and bottling of beverages
  • Heat treatment of metals
  • Processing plastics, and fibers, in microchip production.

 

QUICK DISCONNECTS

For safely handling liquids and gases Stephens equipment offers quick disconnect fluid couplings, featuring the lowest values of spillage and air inclusion in the industry. The company is a growing supplier to the U.S. Navy of Quick Disconnects for Flight Hydraulic systems.

 

MCCs AND CONTROL PANELS

Stephens Equipment control panels are designed and manufactured to a customer's exact requirements, or designed in-house by the engineering department to suit the application. Control Systems specialists are available for technical and design assistance. We have expertise in the manufacture of a wide range of OEM and specialty control panels, all of which are approved by the CSA.
